Dr. Hernandez is a highly experienced cardiologist with over 23 years of dedicated service in cardiovascular care. He earned his medical degree from Central del Caribe and completed his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, followed by a cardiology fellowship at St. Vincent Medical Center. A published physician with a strong background in research and clinical trials, Dr. Hernandez is also actively involved in professional organizations and community health initiatives. Known for his compassionate approach, he takes the time to truly understand his patients, always putting their well-being first.
Atif Bashir MD, FACC, RPVI
Dr. Bashir is a skilled interventional cardiologist specializing in high-complexity interventions and structural heart procedures. He completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Illinois and went on to complete his cardiology fellowship at North Shore University Hospital in New York. At our outpatient center, Dr. Bashir plays a key role in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease alongside our exceptional Catheterization team, ensuring the highest quality of patient care. He is widely recognized for his technical expertise and dedication to collaborative care. Dr. Bashir is also actively involved in community outreach and has multiple publications highlighting his contributions to the field.
Moise Anglade, MD
Dr. Anglade is a compassionate and highly experienced cardiologist with over 20 years of dedicated service in cardiovascular medicine. He graduated with the highest honors from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Connecticut. During his fellowship at Geisinger Medical Center, he was named Chief Fellow in his final year and received the prestigious Young Investigator Award at Hartford Hospital. Dr. Anglade is actively involved in the community and holds memberships in several professional medical societies. Known for his patient-first approach, he creates a welcoming and confident environment where patients feel heard and supported. Israel Henriquez, DO
Dr. Henriquez is a dedicated cardiologist with over 11 years of experience in the field. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine and completed his internship, residency, and fellowship at Palmetto General Hospital. Known for his compassionate care and strong diagnostic skills, Dr. Henriquez is highly regarded by his patients. Jenna Walker MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Jenna Walker, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a passionate and knowledgeable Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in cardiology and over a decade of diverse healthcare experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Family University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami. Jenna has worked in various clinical settings, including oncology, the emergency room, and as an Infusion Director, bringing a well-rounded perspective to patient care. She is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, holds CITI Research Certification, and is involved in the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society. Jenna is highly skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiac conditions, with a focus on preventative care, patient education, and promoting overall wellness. Jaime Jansen MSN, FNP-C
Jaime Jansen, MSN, FNP-C, is a highly experienced nurse practitioner with over 28 years of nursing expertise, specializing in cardiology. She began her nursing education at Palm Beach Community College, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in 2001, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007. Throughout her academic journey, Jaime consistently achieved Dean’s List honors. She is known for her deep compassion, strong clinical knowledge, and genuine ability to listen and empathize with her patients. Jaime is a valued member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and she is dedicated to delivering thorough, personalized care through accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
